Workshops and Programs
We are pleased to provide two different workshops for members of our community who are interested in learning more about dealing with and supporting those with mental health or addictions concerns. The workshops are provided free of change provided you register in advance.
one-Link Information Session is open to any professional or member of the community who is interested in learning more about how to access addictions and mental health supports and how one-LInk can help.
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) was created by a group of people experiencing their own mental health issues. WRAP is open for anyone looking to learn how to live a higher quality of life. Individuals learn how to create their own wellness toolbox and maintain overall wellness.
safeTALK is a free workshop open to family members, care givers or loved ones who are supporting someone living with addictions and/or mental illness. Individuals 15 years and older are taught valuable tools to become alert to the dangers of suicide. Participants will learn skills that will teach them how to notice and respond to situations where suicidal thoughts may be present.
